All group discussions and resources are culturally-informed and acknowledge the unique experiences of BIPOC folks and other marginalized communities. We believe all people deserve access to mental health care.

What to Expect

Weekly Virtual Group Calls with a Therapist

We will spend some time in our first couple of sessions getting to know one another and doing some initial introductions, establishing group rules, and sharing any personal intentions for the group. We want to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable with the format of the group, so we will be providing ample time for each of you to get to know your therapist, as well as the other women in the group.

Build a Network of Supportive Women

We want this to be a space where you can make lasting connections and find compassionate support through community. Each woman will have the opportunity to share and listen to other women share in the group. Hearing these stories reminds us we are not alone.

Support in Intention-Setting & Accountability

Throughout our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to set your own personal intentions for your time in the group. Together, we’ll help you create small action steps you can take every day to move closer towards this intention. The beautiful thing about therapy in a group setting is that you not only have a therapist having your back, but the whole community is coming together to support one another in this healing transformation.
